Ketam Bunga / Flower Crab
Place cleaned crabs on a baking sheet in oven, and spoon contents of butter, garlic and olive oil mixture evenly onto each crab. Bake until meat turns bright white and claws are red in colour.
Pro tip: to ensure even cooking, cook crabs of similar sizes.
