Udang Tiger Hitam / Black Tiger Prawns
Place cleaned prawns on a shallow baking dish in oven, and spoon contents of butter, garlic and lemon juice and parsley mixture evenly over the wild-caught prawns. Bake until prawns are pink and opaque.
Pro tip: to ensure even cooking, cook wild-caught prawns of similar sizes.
